Please be informed that Cleanova, operated by Cleanova, ABN 58893135575, requires a 50% deposit before a job is fully booked in and completed. This deposit is essential to secure your booking and ensure proper allocation of resources. Additionally, please note that Cleanova imposes a 50% cancellation fee if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment.

All bookings are meticulously planned according to a strict time schedule. It is crucial that our staff have access to the location at the agreed-upon time, as this marks the commencement of the service, and no adjustments can be made thereafter.

In the event that our staff is unable to gain entry to the designated location, they will promptly contact you and await your response for a period of 15 minutes from the scheduled arrival time. Failure to establish contact within this timeframe will result in an automatic cancellation of the cleaning appointment, and you will be subject to the cancellation fee.

Please be advised that Cleanova operates under the Customer Service Agreement Terms & Conditions, which serve as the comprehensive agreement between you (referred to as the "Customer") and our company for the provision of services. By engaging with our services, including booking appointments, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Our agreement encompasses various cleaning services, conducted at the premises specified by the Customer. The scope of services will be determined at the time of booking, and our team will arrive at the agreed-upon time to commence the service with all necessary equipment and materials.

Any changes to the agreed service must be communicated to Cleanova before the scheduled service time. Additional services requested during the service must be authorised by Cleanova, and any discrepancies in the initial booking information may result in additional charges.

The Customer is responsible for providing a safe working environment, unobstructed access to the premises, and necessary utilities for our team to perform the service. Any hazards or specific requirements should be communicated beforehand to ensure smooth service delivery.

Our team reserves the right to assess and address health and safety risks at the premises, with the discretion to cease or modify services if deemed necessary for the well-being of our staff or others present.

For regular and one-off cleaning services, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time may incur a cancellation fee. The exact fee structure is detailed in our terms and conditions, and the Customer agrees to abide by these terms.

In cases where our team is unable to access the premises or if payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the Customer may be subject to additional fees as outlined in our terms and conditions.
